Garrett was born and raised in Fulton, Missouri, where he grew up playing just about every sport he could. Football, tennis, golf, and track kept him busy (and probably his parents, too). He went on to attend the University of Missouri for both his undergraduate and graduate studies, earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

After graduation, he made the move to Smithville, Missouri, where he now calls home. Garrett is passionate about creating a fun, welcoming environment where patients actually enjoy the process of getting back to doing what they love, whether that’s chasing kids around the yard or chasing birdies on the golf course.

In his free time, Garrett is usually out setting tee times anywhere around Kansas City. When he's not golfing, he's staying active with running, cycling, and weight lifting. When the temperature drops, you’ll likely find him in the woods or on the water—hunting, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors. And if it’s a Monday, there’s a good chance he’s at Crumbl with his fiance, Kate, trying every new cookie flavor.
