About

Originally born in Wisconsin and raised in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, Jaeden developed a love for staying active at a young age. She spent most of her childhood outdoors, playing any sport she could which, admittedly, came with its fair share of injuries. As a self-proclaimed clumsy kid, Jaeden experienced physical therapy firsthand and quickly fell in love with the impact it had on my recovery. That experience ultimately inspired her passion for helping others return to the activities they love.

Jaeden attended Rockhurst University, where she earned both my Bachelor’s degree and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While at Rockhurst, she was also recruited to play collegiate lacrosse. Competing at the collegiate level gave her valuable insight into the demands placed on athletes and deepened her understanding of injury prevention, performance, and rehabilitation.

She now lives in Overland Park with her fiancé, Preston, and our American bulldog, Benji. She's a proud Green Bay Packers fan by birth, but after living in Kansas City, has also embraced cheering for the Chiefs.

Outside of work, Jaeden enjoys spending time with family and friends and being outdoors whenever possible. In her free time, you can find her playing pickleball, exploring new restaurants, or catching up on reality television.
