About

Matt got into chiropractic because he's always been interested in how the body functions, adapts, and performs, and how much pain and dysfunction can have an impact. He's always wanted to be able to help people who are in pain, and after going through many injuries of my own during junior and college hockey, he saw how often people accept their pain as normal, and how much that can impact function, movement, and confidence in daily life. Matt wanted to help be a part of changing that.
His approach is built around helping people move strong and efficiently, recover effectively, and educate so patients can feel in control of their health, move with confidence, and prioritize their wellness long term. Matt enjoys working with athletes of all levels and active adults, but he also helps people better handle the physical demands of their day-to-day lives.
Originally from Canada, Matt graduated with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science while playing hockey at the University of Central Oklahoma. Outside of treating patients, he enjoys camping with family, being on the ice or around the rink, getting out on the golf course with friends, traveling with his girlfriend, and working through a good puzzle. Big Toronto sports fan—Leafs, Blue Jays, and Raptors—and his favorite golfer is Max Homa.
