Rustin grew up in Olathe, Kansas. His passion for sports and training led him to play collegiate baseball at Emporia State University where he graduated with a Bachelors in Health and Human Performance in 2021. From personal experiences with injuries and the desire to help people he chose to pursue a career in Physical therapy where he graduated from Rockhurst University in 2024.

Rustin has gained invaluable experience working with the general population in all different walks of life with varying functional limitations. Rustin aims to improve the quality of life, deliver exceptional personalised care, and improve functionality to ensure people meet their rehabilitation goals.

In his free time Rustin enjoys rooting for the Chiefs, being outside, playing the guitar, and spending time with his wife Abbie and dog Mark.
