About

Theo was born and raised in Long Beach, California - basically LA. He earned a degree in exercise science from Concordia University in Nebraska while playing as an offensive guard for their football team. During that time, he sustained an injury to his lumbar spine, for which he eventually got surgery. Going through that process helped him realize that he wanted to spend his life helping people recover from pain and get back into active and healthy lifestyles. Thus, he enrolled in Cleveland University and earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Before venturing into chiropractic care, Theo spent 6 years as a personal trainer and still holds an active CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification. As such, exercise and proper strengthening are key elements of his care. He believes that a holistic approach to healing is the best way to serve patients and ensure long-term wellbeing.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time out in nature, strength training, cooking and playing with his 4 dogs. (Sometimes, he takes the dogs for a walk with a weighted vest so he can do all three at once). He also enjoys gardening, a relatively new hobby that may or may not have been forced upon him by his fiancé, Kristy.
